Join Meredith for a two hour, all level workshop that will focus on the foundations and fundamentals of inversions and arm balancing at its finest. An emphasis will be placed on ensuring proper, safe alignment, while warming and preparing the body and mind for ‘flight’ and fun. Modifications will be offered for those students in need or with reluctance. Join us for two hours of fun, learning, transformation.
